At Memories of Time, each keepsake is individually created with care and intention. As many of our pieces are custom-made, shipping times include both creation and delivery.

Creation Time

  • Creation time is typically 4 - 6 weeks from the date your inclusion is received.

  • During busier periods this timeframe may vary slightly.

  • We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.

Each piece is handcrafted and never rushed.

Sending Your Inclusion

After placing your order, you will receive clear instructions on how to send your inclusion safely.

We recommend:

  • Using tracked and secure delivery

  • Packaging inclusions carefully

Memories of Time cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Shipping of Your Finished Keepsake

Once your piece is complete:

  • Orders are sent via tracked UK delivery

  • Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days

  • You will receive tracking details where available

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (if applicable).

International Orders 

  • International delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or events beyond our control.
