How to Care for Memorial & Keepsake Jewellery

Memorial jewellery should be treated as fine jewellery.
To protect your keepsake, we recommend removing your piece before:
- Bathing or showering
- Swimming (especially in chlorine or salt water)
- Applying perfumes, lotions, or hairspray
- Exercising or sleeping
Although resin memorial jewellery is durable, prolonged exposure to chemicals and moisture can affect metal finishes and stone settings over time.

When caring for ashes jewellery or resin keepsake jewellery, it is important to avoid prolonged exposure to water.
If your piece becomes wet:
- Gently pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth
- Do not use heat to dry
Avoid wearing your jewellery in hot tubs, swimming pools, or the sea.

- Do not soak your jewellery
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaning machines
If your design contains a resin setting holding ashes or hair, ultrasonic cleaners may damage the setting and should never be used.

- Keep it in its original box or a soft pouch
- Avoid storing multiple pieces loosely together to prevent scratching

🤍 Cubic Zirconia (CZ) Stones
Some of our memorial jewellery designs feature high-quality cubic zirconia stones.
As with all stone-set jewellery, occasional loosening may occur with everyday wear.
If a CZ stone becomes loose or is lost within three months of receiving your piece, we will happily repair or replace it free of charge. After this time, repairs relating to stone loss are the responsibility of the customer.
