🤍 How much of an inclusion is needed?
Only a very small amount is required to create your keepsake.
Clear guidance will be provided after your order to ensure everything is sent safely and securely.

🤍 How do I send my inclusion?
After placing your order, you will receive simple instructions explaining how to package and send your inclusion safely.
We recommend using tracked delivery for peace of mind.
🤍 How long does the process take?
Creation time is typically 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of your inclusion.
Each piece is made individually and never rushed.
🤍 How are inclusions handled?
Every inclusion is treated with care, respect, and complete discretion.
They are securely stored during the creation process and never shared or mixed.
🤍 Will any of my inclusion be returned?
Yes. Only what is required is used, and any remaining inclusion will be returned securely with your finished piece.
🤍 Can I include more than one element?
In many cases, yes.

🤍 How should I care for my keepsake?
Your piece should be treated as fine jewellery.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh cleaning products to preserve its finish.
🤍 What if my piece contains cubic zirconia (CZ) stones?
Some of our designs feature high-quality cubic zirconia stones, carefully sourced and checked before dispatch.
As with all jewellery featuring stone settings, occasional loosening can occur over time with everyday wear.
If a CZ stone becomes loose or is lost within three months of receiving your piece, we will happily repair or replace it free of charge.
After this time, any repairs relating to stone loss would be the responsibility of the customer. We are always happy to offer guidance or repair options where possible.
